CUT & PROCESSING ROOM
Each carcass that passes through our facility has been carefully inspected and documented at every step of the production process. Just like our production area, our cut and processing areas are clean and sanitary. We have the ability and flexibility to breakdown whole beef and lamb to the specific retail or food service cuts.
